About HustleNumbers
HustleNumbers is a free, static website of calculators and document generators for freelancers, online sellers, gig workers, and solopreneurs. Every tool runs entirely in your browser: we do not require an account, and calculator inputs are not uploaded to our servers.
Who it is for
People who price their own time, sell on marketplaces, or manage lumpy cash flow without a full-time finance team. The goal is practical math you can re-run when inputs change: a new rate, a different category fee, a leaner month, or a tighter payment term.
What we publish
Pricing and productivity math, personal-finance planners, marketplace and payment-processor
fee estimates, flat-rate shipping and GSA per-diem lookups, plus invoice, quote, and rate-card
generators. Live tools sit under /tools/. Short editorial guides that lead
into those tools live under /guides/. Federal tax calculators exist in
the codebase but are held out of the public directory and marked noindex until a
licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent reviews them.
How numbers are verified
- Rates, brackets, caps, fees, and prices come only from verified data files, never invented in tool code.
- Federal tax constants are checked against primary IRS Revenue Procedures / Notices and SSA publications, with a verification date stamped on each tax page (when those tools are public).
- Marketplace, processor, USPS, and GSA figures are checked against the official fee or rate pages and re-checked before launch and on an annual cadence. Live seller tools show a verification stamp and source link near results.
- Shared math lives in a small core library with golden unit tests. If code disagrees with a golden, the code is wrong.

Privacy by design
Calculator inputs stay in your browser session for the math you run. Share links encode parameters in the URL hash on your device; we do not operate a hosted ledger of your scenarios. Advertising and consent behavior are described in the Privacy Policy.

HustleNumbers is not a tax firm, CPA practice, law firm, or financial advisor. Outputs are estimates for general information only. See the Disclaimer and Terms. Tax tools remain pending professional review before public launch.
