Disclaimer

Effective date: June 4, 2026 · Last updated: June 4, 2026

The calculators, generators, figures, and content on HustleNumbers are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates, not professional advice, and may contain errors or rely on figures that have since changed. We accept no responsibility or liability for any miscalculation, error, omission, or for any action, decision, or outcome — present or future — based on this website. Always verify results independently and consult a qualified professional before making any decision.

1. No professional advice

HustleNumbers (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") publishes free online calculators and document generators for freelancers, online sellers, gig workers, and small-business owners. Nothing on the Site constitutes tax, legal, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and no content should be relied upon as such. Using the Site does not create an accountant–client, attorney–client, advisor–client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed certified public accountant (CPA), enrolled agent (EA), attorney, or qualified financial professional.

2. Estimates only — no guarantee of accuracy

All outputs are estimates. Tax, fee, shipping, and financial calculations depend on many facts that our tools do not capture, and the underlying rates, brackets, thresholds, caps, fees, and prices change over time and may vary by individual circumstances, location, plan, account, or agreement. We make no representation or warranty of any kind — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation, figure, or content on the Site.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HustleNumbers and its operators, owners, contributors, and suppliers shall not be liable in any way for any error, inaccuracy, miscalculation, or omission in the Site, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, taxes, penalties, interest, data, goodwill, or other losses arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on the Site or its calculators — whether such losses arise now or at any time in the future, and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it and for any decision you make. Do not use the Site as your sole basis for filing taxes, setting prices, pricing shipments, making investments, or taking any other action with financial or legal consequences. Confirm current rates and fees with the official primary source and confirm your individual situation with a qualified professional.

5. Tax tools

Calculators that produce a tax figure (for example self-employment tax, income tax, quarterly/estimated tax, the qualified business income deduction, S-corporation comparisons, set-aside, and after-tax "true hourly rate") are estimates pending review by a licensed CPA/EA and are not tax advice. They do not account for every credit, deduction, phase-out, state or local tax, alternative minimum tax, or individual circumstance. Tax law and IRS guidance change. Consult a tax professional and the IRS before filing or making payments.

6. Third-party rates and prices change

Marketplace fees, payment-processor fees, and shipping prices are set by third parties and change frequently, sometimes without notice. Government figures (tax brackets, contribution limits, mileage rates, per-diem rates) are updated periodically. The amounts shown reflect the sources and access dates listed below and may be out of date by the time you use them. Always confirm the current amount on the official provider or government page.

In particular, the UPS Simple Rate and FedEx One Rate prices were supplied to us from the carriers' published pages and have not been independently re-verified by us against those carriers' live websites; confirm directly with the carrier before relying on them.

7. Sources our calculations are based on

Our calculations and reference figures are based on the following primary and official sources, accessed on the dates shown. We periodically re-verify these and update the figures, but we do not guarantee they are current at the moment you use a tool.
