How this is calculated
Etsy charges sellers a listing fee for each item listed, a transaction fee on the total order amount (sale price plus shipping), and a payment processing fee. If the order came through Etsy's offsite advertising program, an additional offsite ads fee applies. High-volume sellers may qualify for a reduced offsite ads rate. This calculator applies those fees to your inputs and subtracts all fees plus your item cost to show estimated net profit. All math runs locally in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.
What Etsy fees are included?
The calculator models listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing, and optional Offsite Ads where you enable them. It does not invent unpublished promotions or country-specific exceptions beyond what the verified fee table covers.
Are Offsite Ads included by default?
